Shipping and Delivery
Pawvia provides free shipping on products offered through the store. Our standard delivery target is 3–5 business days unless a different timeframe is displayed for a particular order, destination, product, or circumstance.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, destination restrictions, high order volumes, address problems, transportation interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once an order has entered fulfillment or carrier processing, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

Returns and Exchanges
Pawvia offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days, subject to the eligibility conditions and procedures stated in our applicable returns policy.
Items should be returned in the condition required by the applicable policy, together with any included components, accessories, packaging, or documentation when reasonably required. Products that are damaged through misuse, altered after delivery, or otherwise excluded by the applicable return conditions may not qualify.
Approved refunds are returned using the applicable refund method after the return has been received and processed. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before a completed refund appears in an account.
